Handling Time

All orders are processed within the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • For calculated shipping rates and time: Shipping options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free USA Shipping: We offer a 1 to 4 day Free Shipping for domestic USA orders over $59.


International Shipping Rates and Duties

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note the following:

  • For calculated shipping rates and taxes: International Shipping options and import fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free International Shipping: We offer free Standard Shipping to select countries for orders over $59.
  • Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country, Stetsom is not responsible for paying them.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

Restricted Items: Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to legal restrictions in certain countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with their local regulations.

Order Tracking: Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped. However, international tracking updates may be limited in some regions.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to international carriers or customs holds.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@stetsomstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return or exchange your item at no extra cost.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@stetsomstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@stetsomstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
